Codogno – Eclectic artist Pietro Bianchini brings his sculpture exhibition “In arte mutamus” to<\/span><\/p>\n

Codogno, as a side event of the “Giuseppe Novello International Prize for Humor and Satire,” exploring the creative power of ready-made and the reuse of objects otherwise destined for the landfill to make works with an ironic flavor.<\/span><\/p>\n

The exhibition, which will take place at the Sala Santelli of the Codogno Town Hall from March 16 to 21, is an opportunity to immerse oneself in the fascinating and provocative world of contemporary art. Pietro Bianchini, known for his ability to transform common materials into works of art, also offers a revolutionary look at our consumerist society and the very concept of waste.<\/span><\/p>\n

Through his use of ready-made, Bianchini transforms everyday objects relegated to oblivion into works that capture the imagination and invite reflection. From sculptures to collages, each piece on display in the exhibition represents tangible evidence of his ability to find meaning in even the most insignificant things.<\/span><\/p>\n

“Pietro Bianchini is a master in the art of transformation,” says Stefano Massaro, curator of the exhibition. “With a masterful touch, he manages to convey a message about our relationship with consumerism and the environment, as well as create ‘humorous’ works. His exhibition promises to inspire and stimulate critical thinking in those who visit.”<\/span><\/p>\n

“The exhibition “In arte mutamus” is not only an opportunity to appreciate the talent of this Lodi-based artist, but also to reflect on our daily choices and our impact on the environment. Through his work, Pietro Bianchini invites us to consider the potential for rebirth and transformation that resides even in seemingly obsolete things,” says Codogno Municipality Culture Councillor Silvia Salamina.<\/span><\/p>\n

The opening of the exhibition will be held on Saturday, March 16 at 10:30 a.m. at Santelli Hall, and will be open to the public during the following hours: Saturday and Sunday 10 a.m.-1 p.m. \/ 4 p.m.-7 p.m., Monday through Thursday 4 p.m.-7 p.m. Admission is free of charge.
